介绍数字疗法的起源、概念和特点，综述数字疗法在2型糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用形式、应用效果及经济效益，旨在促进数字疗法更科学、有效、便捷地应用于2型糖尿病患者。

Abstract:

This paper provides an overview of the origin, concept, and characteristics of digital therapeutics, and summarizes its application forms, effectiveness, and economic benefits in self-management among type 2 diabetes patients.It aims to facilitate more scientific, effective, and convenient application of digital therapeutics in type 2 diabetes patients.
