综述国内外儿童重症监护病房后随访服务的现状，包括概念、实施要素、开展情况及实施障碍，为后期进一步构建、实践儿童重症监护病房后随访服务提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper reviews the current status of post-PICU follow-up, including the concept, implementation elements, implementation status and barriers, aiming to provide reference for further development and practice of post-PICU follow-up program.
