Abstract:By comparing the current status of Master of Nursing Specialist programs in China and Australia in terms of program scale, faculty resources, educational models, curriculum design, clinical practice and assessment, as well as graduation requirements, this study presents reform recommendations for nursing professional master′s education in China, which align with the country′s specific context. These recommendations aim to improve the development of a distinctive Chinese Master of Nursing Specialist education system, and provide valuable insights for the cultivation of advanced nursing professionals required for the construction of the Healthy China Initiative.
