摘要:

概述了人文护理临床实践对象、范畴，从实践主题、实践内涵、实践理念、实践标准、实践目标5个方面阐述了人文护理临床实践的基本要素，提出人文护理实践程序包括人文护理评估、计划、实施与评价，以期为人文护理临床实践规范落实提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:

This article summarizes the object and scope of humanistic nursing, and clarifies the basic elements of humanistic nursing practice from five aspects of the theme,connotation,concept,standard and goal. Moreover,the humanistic nursing practice includes assessment,planning,implementation and evaluation.
