    摘要:

    目的 了解湖北省医联体基层医院护士人文关怀能力的现状,并分析其影响因素,为实现医联体医院护理人文关怀同质化提 供依据与对策。方法 对湖北省某医联体内16所二级医院、22所一级医院的1154名护士采用关怀能力评价量表进行问卷调查。 结果 被调查护士关怀能力总分为(188.65±19.48)分,认知、勇气、耐心维度得分分别为(62.83±9.37)分,(75.66±8.86)分和 (50.16±6.99)分,不同年龄、护龄、职称、婚姻及科室的护士关怀能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 医联 体基层医院护士人文关怀能力偏低,牵头医院应充分整合与利用资源,在该区域发挥技术辐射、带动及引领作用,从而实现医联体 内医院护理关怀的同质化建设和管理。

    Abstract:

    Objective To determine the level of and factors associated with caring ability among nurses working in secondary and primary hospitals participating in the hospital alliance program in Hubei province. Methods A total of 1 154 nurses from 16 secondary hospitals and 22 primary hospitals in Hubei province were investigated by the Caring Ability Inventory (CAI). Results The total CAI score was 188.65±19.48, with the dimension score of knowledge, courage and patience being 62.83±9.37, 75.66±8.86 and 50.16±6.99 respectively. There were significant differences in CAI scores across groups differing in age, length of service, professional title, marital status and department(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Caring ability of nurses in secondary and primary hospitals participating in the hospital alliance program is poor. The leading hospital should fully integrate and utilize resources, play their role in technology radiation, spurring and guiding, thus to achieve uniform caring management.
